SEC. 2268. COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION. (a) Use.—The Secretary of Agriculture shall use the funds, facilities, and authorities of the Commodity Credit Corporation in carrying out this chapter. (b) Existing Authority.—The authority provided by this chapter shall be in addition to, and not in place of, any authority granted to the Secretary or the Commodity Credit Corporation under any other provision of law.
