SEC. 1338. (a) Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for “National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Cross Agency Support” shall be $3,111,400,000. (b) The provisos specifying amounts under the heading “National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Cross Agency Support” in division B of Public Law 111-117 shall not apply to funds appropriated by this division.
