SEC. 1339. (a) Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for “National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Construction and Environmental Compliance and Remediation” shall be $394,300,000. (b) This level shall not include amounts made available by section 1101 from lease proceeds under such account. (c) The first proviso under the heading “National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Construction and Environmental Compliance and Remediation” in division B of Public Law 111-117 shall not apply to funds appropriated by this division.
