SEC. 1114. [12 U.S.C. 3343] TRANSACTIONS REQUIRING THE SERVICES OF A STATE LICENSED APPRAISER. All federally related transactions not requiring the services of a State certified appraiser shall be performed by either a State certified or licensed appraiser.
