SEC. 1115. [12 U.S.C. 3344] TIME FOR PROPOSAL AND ADOPTION OF RULES. As appropriate, rules issued under sections 1113 and 1114 shall be proposed not later than 6 months and shall be effective upon adoption in final form not later than 12 months after the date of the enactment of this Act.
