136.Section 13506(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended:(1)in subsection (14) by striking or;(2)in subsection (15) by striking . and inserting ; or; and(3)by inserting at the end, (16) the transportation of passengers by 9 to 15 passenger motor vehicles operated by youth or family camps that provide recreational or educational activities..
