137.(a)In general.—Section 31112(c)(5) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—(1)by striking Nebraska may and inserting Nebraska and Kansas may; and(2)by striking the State of Nebraska and inserting the relevant state.(b)Conforming and Technical Amendments.—Section 31112(c) of such title is amended—(1)by striking the subsection designation and heading and inserting the following:(c)Special Rules for Wyoming, Ohio, Alaska, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas.—;(2)by striking ; and at the end of paragraph (3) and inserting a semicolon; and(3)by striking the period at the end of paragraph (4) and inserting ; and.
