REVISION TO DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL REPORT ON OPERATIONAL TEST AND EVALUATION.

SEC. 845. REVISION TO DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL REPORT ON OPERATIONAL TEST AND EVALUATION. Section 139(h) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (2)— (A) by inserting “the Secretaries of the military departments,” after “Logistics,”; and (B) by striking “10 days” and all that follows through “title 31” and inserting “January 31 of each year, through January 31, 2021”; and (2) in paragraph (5), by inserting after “Secretary” the following: “of Defense and the Secretaries of the military departments”.
