REPEAL OF MAJOR AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROVISIONS.

SEC. 846. [10 U.S.C. 2334 note] REPEAL OF MAJOR AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROVISIONS. Effective September 30, 2017— (1) [10 U.S.C. 2445a 10 U.S.C. 101] chapter 144A of title 10, United States Code, is repealed; (2) the tables of chapters at the beginning of subtitle A of such title, and at the beginning of part IV of subtitle A, are amended by striking the item relating to chapter 144A; and (3) section 2334(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “or a major automated information system under chapter 144A of this title”.
