SEC. 6005. INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM GOALS.
Section 514(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended—
(1) in paragraph (4) by striking “and” at the end;
(2) in paragraph (5) by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and
(3) by adding at the end the following:
“(6) enhancement of the national freight system and support to national freight policy goals.”
