SEC. 5518. COVERED FARM VEHICLES. Section 32934(b)(1) of MAP-21 (49 U.S.C. 31136 note) is amended by striking “from” and all that follows through the period at end and inserting the following:“from— “(A) a requirement described in subsection (a) or a compatible State requirement; or “(B) any other minimum standard provided by a State relating to the operation of that vehicle.” .
