SEC. 201. URANIUM RECOVERY REPORT. Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Commission shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report describing— (1) the duration of uranium recovery license issuance and amendment reviews; and (2) recommendations to improve efficiency and transparency of uranium recovery license issuance and amendment reviews.
