SEC. 202. PILOT PROGRAM FOR URANIUM RECOVERY FEES. Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Commission shall— (1) complete a voluntary pilot initiative to determine the feasibility of the establishment of a flat fee structure for routine licensing matters relating to uranium recovery; and (2) provide to the appropriate congressional committees a report describing the results of the pilot initiative under paragraph (1).
