SEC. 2303. DELAY OF DSH REDUCTIONS. Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r-4(f)(7)(A)), as amended by section 3813 of the CARES Act (Public Law 116-136), is amended— (1) in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking “December 1, 2020” and inserting “December 12, 2020”; and (2) in clause (ii)(I), by striking “December 1, 2020” and inserting “December 12, 2020”.
