SEC. 2304. EXTENSION OF COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. Section 223(d)(3) of the Protecting Access to Medicare Act of 2014 (42 U.S.C. 1396a note), as amended by section 3814 of the CARES Act (Public Law 116-136), is amended by striking “November 30, 2020” and inserting “December 11, 2020”.
