SEC. 358. REPEAL OF MISSOURI RIVER TASK FORCE, NORTH DAKOTA. (a) In General.—Section 705 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2696) is repealed. (b) Conforming Amendments.— (1) Purposes.—Section 702(b)(3) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2695) is amended by inserting “prepared under section 705(e) (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020)” before the period at the end. (2) Definitions.—Section 703 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2695) is amended— (A) by striking paragraphs (2) and (4); and (B) by redesignating paragraphs (3) and (5) as paragraphs (2) and (3), respectively.
