SEC. 359. REPEAL OF MISSOURI RIVER TASK FORCE, SOUTH DAKOTA. (a) In General.—Section 905 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2709) is repealed. (b) Conforming Amendments.— (1) Purposes.—Section 902(b)(3) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2708) is amended by inserting “prepared under section 905(e) (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020)” before the period at the end. (2) Definitions.—Section 903 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2708) is amended— (A) by striking paragraphs (2) and (4); and (B) by redesignating paragraphs (3) and (5) as paragraphs (2) and (3), respectively.
