SEC. 814. CLARIFICATION TO FIXED-PRICE INCENTIVE CONTRACT REFERENCES. (a) Authority to Acquire Innovative Commercial Products and Commercial Services Using General Solicitation Competitive Procedures.—Section 3458(c)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “fixed-price incentive fee contracts” and inserting “fixed-price incentive contracts”. (b) Contractor Incentives to Achieve Savings and Improve Mission Performance.—Section 832 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328; 10 U.S.C. 1746 note) is amended by striking “fixed-price incentive fee contracts” and inserting “fixed-price incentive contracts”.
