SEC. 815. MODIFICATION OF REPORTING REQUIREMENT IN CONNECTION WITH REQUESTS FOR MULTIYEAR PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY FOR LARGE DEFENSE ACQUISITIONS. Section 3501(i)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking “shall include” and all that follows through “(A) A report” and inserting “shall include in the request a report”; and (2) by striking subparagraph (B).
