SEC. 867. PROMULGATE GUIDANCE RELATING TO CERTAIN DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE CONTRACTS. Not later than January 31, 2025, the Secretary of Defense shall issue guidance on the governance and oversight of the contracts of the Department of Defense that support or enable sensitive activities.
