SEC. 3536. BUY AMERICA REQUIREMENTS FOR SHIPYARD MODERNIZATION AND IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. Section 53733 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: “(f) Buy America.—Part I of subtitle A of title IX of division G of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58; 41 U.S.C. 8301 note) shall apply to any funds obligated by the Administrator under this section.” .
