SEC. 721. MODIFICATION OF PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FOR MILITARY TRAUMA CARE AND RESEARCH. Section 736 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117-263; 10 U.S.C. 1071 note) is amended— (1) by redesignating paragraphs (7) through (9) as paragraphs (8) through (10), respectively; and (2) by inserting after paragraph (6) the following new paragraph (7): “(7) The provision of training and support to Ukraine for the treatment of individuals with extremity trauma, amputations, post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injuries, and any other mental health conditions associated with post-traumatic stress disorder or traumatic brain injuries, including— “(A) the exchange of subject matter expertise; “(B) training and support relating to advanced clinical skills development; and “(C) training and support relating to clinical case management support.” .
