SEC. 2304. EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2017 AIR FORCE MILITARY CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. (a) Air Force Military Construction Projects Outside the United States.— (1) Extension.—Notwithstanding section 2002 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (division B of Public Law 114-328; 130 Stat. 2688), the authorizations set forth in the table in paragraph (2), as provided in section 2301(b) of that Act (130 Stat. 2696) and extended by section 2304 of the Military Construction Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (division B of Public Law 117-81; 135 Stat. 2169), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2024, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2025, whichever is later.
