EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2018 AIR FORCE MILITARY CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.

SEC. 2305. EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2018 AIR FORCE MILITARY CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. (a) Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida.— (1) Extension.—Notwithstanding section 2002 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (division B of Public Law 115-91; 131 Stat. 1817), the authorization set forth in the table in paragraph (2), as provided in section 2301(a) of that Act (131 Stat. 1825) and extended by section 2304(a) of the Military Construction Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (division B of Public Law 117-263), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2024, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2025, whichever is later.
