SEC. 206. TASK FORCE ON BEST PRACTICES FOR TRAUMA-INFORMED IDENTIFICATION, REFERRAL, AND SUPPORT. Section 7132 of the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act (Public Law 115-271; 132 Stat. 4046) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(1)— (A) by redesignating subparagraph (CC) as subparagraph (DD); and (B) by inserting after subparagraph (BB) the following: “(CC) The Administration for Community Living.” ; (2) in subsection (d)(1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting “, developmental disability service providers” before “, individuals who are”; and (3) in subsection (i), by striking “2023” and inserting “2030”.
