SEC. 207. GRANTS TO ENHANCE ACCESS TO SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENT. Section 3203 of the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act (21 U.S.C. 823 note) is amended— (1) by striking subsection (b); and (2) by striking “(a) In General.—The Secretary” and inserting the following: “The Secretary”.
