SEC. 1501. Notwithstanding section 1101 of this Act, the level for the following accounts shall be applied as follows: (1) $1,710,806,000 for “Department of the Interior—Bureau of Reclamation—Water and Related Resources”: Provided, That the sixth proviso under such heading shall not apply to funds appropriated in this division. (2) $0 for “Department of Energy—Energy Programs—Energy Projects”.
