SEC. 1502. Notwithstanding section 1101 of this Act, the level for the following accounts shall be as follows: (1) $55,000,000 for “Department of Energy—Energy Programs—Title 17 Innovative Technology Loan Guarantee Program”: Provided, That the second and third provisos shall be applied by substituting “$55,000,000” for “$70,000,000” and the fourth proviso shall be applied by substituting “$170,000,000” for “$70,000,000”. (2) $19,293,000,000 for “Department of Energy—Atomic Energy Defense Activities—National Nuclear Security Administration—Weapons Activities”. (3) $2,396,000,000 for “Department of Energy—Atomic Energy Defense Activities—National Nuclear Security Administration—Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation”. (4) $1,107,000,000 for “Department of Energy—Environmental and Other Defense Activities—Other Defense Activities”.
