SEC. 5502. SPECIAL AGENTS. Section 37(a) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (22 U.S.C. 2709(a)) is amended in the matter preceding paragraph (1) by inserting “, in consultation with Under Secretary of Management,” after “Secretary of State”.
