SEC. 5503. MODIFICATION OF CONGRESSIONAL NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENT RELATING TO EMBASSY REOPENING. Section 105(b)(2) of the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act of 1986 (22 U.S.C. 4804(b)(2)) is amended by inserting “, detailing the national security value of reopening such post” after “the decision to open or reopen such post”.
