SEC. 205. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AID INSPECTOR GENERAL FOR THE INTER-AMERICAN FOUNDATION AND THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION. (a) Responsibilities.—Section 8A(a) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended— (1) by striking “and” at the end of paragraph (1); (2) by striking the period at the end of paragraph (2) and inserting “; and”; and (3) by adding at the end the following: “(3) shall supervise, direct, and control audit and investigative activities relating to programs and operations within the Inter-American Foundation and the African Development Foundation.” . (b) Conforming Amendment.—Section 8A(f) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: “, an employee of the Inter-American Foundation, and an employee of the African Development Foundation”.
