SEC. 206. REPORT ON CUBAN DRUG TRAFFICKING. (a) In General.—Not later than 120 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees an unclassified report (with a classified annex) on the extent of international drug trafficking through Cuba since 1990. The report shall include the following: (1) Information concerning the extent to which the Cuban Government or any official, employee, or entity of the Government of Cuba has engaged in, facilitated, or condoned such trafficking. (2) The extent to which agencies of the United States Government have investigated or prosecuted such activities. (b) Limitation.—The report need not include information about isolated instances of conduct by low-level employees, except to the extent that such information may suggest improper conduct by more senior officials.
