SEC. 899J. [6 U.S.C. 488i] AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary— (1) $2,000,000 for fiscal year 2008; and (2) $10,750,000 for each of fiscal years 2009 through 2012.
