Hayashida Insurance Commissioner SUBJECT: July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021, Filing Fees Reduction This Commissioner’s Memorandum incorporates the Memorandum 2019-4R issued on Jun 17, 2019 and extends the period of filing fees reduction as stated therein until June 30, 2021. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”) §§ 26-9(o), 92-28, 431:10-244, 431:10A- 113, 431:10B-108(a), 431:10G-202, 431:14-104(a), 431:14G-105(a), and 431:20-121, the following filing fees will be reduced by fifty percent (50%) effective July 1, 2020, and will automatically readjust to the statutorily mandated fee levels on June 30, 2021.
