Hayashida, Insurance Commissioner SUBJECT: August 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022, Filing Fees Elimination Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”) §§ 26-9(o), 92-28, 431:10-244, 431:10A- 113, 431:10B-108(a), 431:10G-202, 431:14-104(a), 431:14G-105(a), and 431:20-121, the following filing fees will be reduced by one-hundred percent (100%) effective August 1, 2021, and will automatically readjust to the statutorily mandated fee levels on July 1, 2022.
