(a) For an individual
eligible for the state pharmacy assistance program,
the program may pay all, or some of, the required co-
payments or co-insurance actually paid only for drug
claims defined as covered under the federal Medicare
Part D Prescription Drug Benefit Program.
(b) The state pharmacy assistance program is the
