HAR §17-2026-65. Time limits

(a) To the extent resources are available, the facility operator may allow a participant to reside in a unit of a transitional homeless shelter for up to twenty-four months. (b) A facility operator may grant an extension to the term of residency, provided that the facility operator obtains written approval from the executive director or designated representative.
