HAR §17-2026-66. Shelter stipend rates

(a) The contract will specify a shelter stipend rate to be received by a facility operator. (b) The stipend limits may be adjusted by the corporation each first day of July which may be based on any or a combination of the following changes in the cost of operating homeless facilities: the fair market rents, the consumer price index, or other relevant factors for the preceding calendar year, rounded off to the nearest dollar.
