HAR §17-2028-1. Purpose

These rules are adopted under chapter 91, HRS, and shall govern the administration of federal public housing programs designated to be carried out by a public housing agency, including admission to and the continued occupancy of federally-assisted public housing projects owned or operated by the authority.
