HAR §17-2028-3. Income limits

(a)
Income limits for
an applicant’s admission to a public housing project
shall be as prescribed by
HUD annual
income limit
guidelines.
(b)
The authority shall adjust the income limits
as established and required by HUD.
(c)
Because the
HUD income limits are mandatory
and the authority has no discretion to amend or change
the income limits,
the
income limits shall be
established without
a public hearing as provided in
Chapter 91-3(d),
HRS,
as it existed on March 28,
2013.
