HAR §17-795-46. Claims for reimbursement payments

(a) The SEE program subsidies paid to the employer shall be issued as reimbursement payments. (b) The department shall reimburse the employer for wages and other applicable costs in accordance with the SEE agreement signed by the department, the employer, and the SEE program participant.
