HAR §17-896.1-61. (e) The facility shall make the plan available for review by or provide a copy of the plan to each family whose child is enrolled at the child care facility

(f) The diagram of emergency exits shall be posted in a prominent place in the facility. (g) Each child care facility shall install an Underwriters Laboratory listed fire warning device or system in each facility. Written evidence that the device or system has been inspected and approved by a fire inspector shall be current and on file at the facility. (h) There shall be an unexpired ABC multipurpose type fire extinguisher in the child care area. (i) The provider shall notify the department within one working day when an emergency resulted in the evacuation, relocation, shelter in place, or lockdown of the facility.
