HAR §3-111-10. Gambling
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 3-111-10
Any operation of, or
participation in, gambling activities as defined in
part III of chapter 712 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes,
is prohibited.

§3-111-13
Such prohibited activity includes but is not limited
to, games for money or other property, gambling
devices, lotteries, pools, and the sale or purchase of
