HAR §3-111-11. Alcoholic beverages and drugs
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 3-111-11
The
use, possession, or sale of any alcohol or illegal
drug, as defined in part IV of chapter 712 of the
Hawaii Revised Statues, is prohibited.
Any person who
is under the influence of alcohol or drugs to such a
degree that the person presents a danger to himself or
to others, is prohibited from entering or remaining in
or on any facility.
