HAR §3-92-3. Selection of panel members

Interested
individuals may apply to the foundation for panel
membership. The panel members shall be knowledgeable and
experienced in the subject matter of the panel on which
they serve. With the recommendation of the panel
chairperson, panel vice chairperson, and director, the
foundation shall appoint the panel members. Panel members
shall serve without compensation, except for reimbursement
of travel and other necessary expenses.
