HAR §3-92-4. Responsibilities of panel members

(a) All
panel members shall attend and participate in discussions
pertaining to their respective panels except when a panel
member has a conflict of interest.
(b) All panel members shall vote on recommendations
to be made by their respective panels to the foundation
regarding applications for funds referred to their panels.
