HAR §3-92-5. Panel recommendations

Panel recommendations
shall be forwarded to the foundation and shall be based on
the information obtained by staff review, panel review, any
additional factual information, and on the criteria set
forth on application forms. The foundation shall accept,
reject, or modify panel recommendations. [Eff: Feb 12,
