HAR §4-41-12. Advertising requirements

(a) When the retail price of any fresh fruit or vegetable that has established Hawaii consumer grades or United States wholesale grades is advertised in any manner, the advertisement shall include the applicable grade for the fresh fruit or vegetable or the offgrade designation if the fresh fruit or vegetable advertised does not meet the minimum requirements of Hawaii Grade A or U.S. No. 1.
