HAR §11-37-40. Permit required

(a) No person shall process hemp biomass or produce a manufactured hemp product without a valid permit issued by the department pursuant to this subchapter. (b) A hemp processor shall not begin hemp processing activities until the department issues a permit pursuant to this subchapter. (c) A hemp processor shall display a copy of the current, valid hemp processor permit in the hemp processing facility at all times.
