HAR §11-37-41. Eligibility

To apply for a permit, an applicant shall:
(1) Have a Hawaii tax identification number;
(2) Be registered to do business in the State of Hawaii, unless the business is a sole proprietorship; and
(3) Not have a disqualifying conviction for a state or federal felony related to a controlled substance during the ten years prior to the date the application is submitted. [Eff 8/9/21; comp 2/24/22; comp
